Tony brings a broad perspective to C12 having had experience in Fortune 100, start-up, merger, acquisition, and turnaround settings, both as a leader and consultant. With first-hand experience in applying Christ's principles while interacting with many people, he knows that it can get lonely for Biblical servant leaders. Tony's passion is for God to raise-up C12 groups as trustworthy forums where Arkansas CEOs and owners can exchange wise counsel as they pursue their calling to excellent business as ministry.
Tony spent 15 years in positions of increasing responsibility with GE Aircraft Engines and Lockheed Martin, where he helped to establish a world-class airline support organization and developed a strategic business plan for their FAA Repair Station. In 1995, Tony was recruited to Hot Springs, AR to start Airborne Nacelle Services, which was later acquired by The Triumph Group. As Airborne Nacelle continued to grow it acquired Aerocell Structures. Tony received a community Entrepreneur of the Year Award for leading the merger of these two local companies. During this same period, Tony and his team also led a turnaround of Triumph's Aerospace Technologies division, achieving profitability, increased backlog, and improved customer relationships within six months. Over a 10-year period, Tony learned to apply Biblical principles to properly handle people, cash, and quality to create a fertile environment for business excellence. After a stint as Principal with aviation consulting firm TeamSAI, in which Tony helped the company grow, he served as a strategic business consultant to firms in the aviation, real estate development, construction, mineral processing, and health care industries.
Tony earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati where he also completed MBA coursework. He and his wife, Dalinda, reside in Hot Springs, Arkansas. They are blessed parents of five children: four grown (Danny, Charity, Stephanie, and Amy) and one in high school (Micah). They are further blessed with five grandchildren. Psalm 127:3-5; "children are an heritage of the Lord...happy is the man that hath his quiver full of them..." Tony is happy!
Since recognizing Christ as his Lord and Savior, Tony has been an active church member, serving as Elder, Treasurer, Pastoral Search team member, and Teacher. His family belongs to Grace Baptist Church in Glenwood, Arkansas, where Tony also served on the Board for Glenhaven Youth Ranch, a Christ-centered home for hurting children.
